Salt Lamp

The Crystal Salt Lamp is made from a crystal of natural rock salt, which has lain below ground for around 260 million years.

Once mined, the crystals are fashioned by handicraft where the highly-skilled craftsmen use their age-old family skills to produce work of outstanding natural beauty. Each lamp is distinctive and fascinating due to its individual color and shape.

Care of Your Salt Lamp
Rock salt lamps and tea lights are hygroscopic ** due to their mineral make up and should not be situated in any place subject to high humidity or water. Should the lamp become wet, gentle warming will re-dry the salt crystals to their normal state. Switching on the bulb or lighting the candle should be sufficient but care must be taken to ensure that the electric fittings are completely dry.
