What is XML, why do you use it and why should I be interested?
XML (EXtensible Markup Language) is a standard which allows information to be organized and transferred in text format so many different systems can utilize the data. Something like trying to organize a page of information and saying that there is a 'Title', 'Heading' and 'Paragraph' to your page and then when you type a sheet it always has these elements - then you can exchange YOUR document and supply a definition so that others can interpret what elements you have and so understand the context. What is detoxing and cleansing?
Basically this is a process by which a person undergoes a program usually involving some diet change or supplement to the diet in order to try to eliminate from the body some of the toxins and parasites that can build up in the body over time.
